End User License Agreement

Effective from 12 October 2026

This agreement (EULA) governs the use of the Locaflip app. By installing or using the app, you agree to it.

1. Licensor

The licensor is Matěj Kmoch, Czech Republic, email support@locaflip.com. The terms of the subscription are set out in the Terms of Sale and License Terms.

2. Grant of license

For the duration of a valid subscription or free trial, the licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Locaflip app on at most 2 Mac computers at the same time, used by you (or, for business customers, by one employee).

3. Restrictions

  • You may not sell, rent out, lend or share the license or the license key.
  • You may not modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law expressly permits it.
  • You may not circumvent or interfere with license verification.
  • You may use the app only in compliance with the law and with the terms of the apps and services you use it with. You may not use it for fraud, to deceive other people, or to infringe their rights.

4. Activation and verification

The app connects to the license server when it is activated and regularly afterwards to verify that the license is valid. In doing so, it sends the license key, an anonymous fingerprint of the Mac, its name and the app version. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party components

On first launch, the app downloads and installs third-party software components (including open-source libraries) needed to communicate with the iPhone. These components are governed by their own licenses.

6. Ownership

The app is protected by copyright. The license does not transfer ownership of the app to you, nor any rights other than those expressly stated in this agreement. Locaflip is not a product of Apple Inc. and is not affiliated with it.

7. Warranty and liability

The app relies on Apple’s developer services, which may change. Beyond your statutory rights in case of defects, we do not guarantee that the app will be suitable for every purpose or device. The licensor’s liability is governed by the Terms of Sale and License Terms; consumers’ statutory rights are not affected.

8. Termination

The license ends when the subscription or free trial ends. The licensor may terminate the license in the event of a serious breach of this agreement. When the license ends, the app stops working, and you must stop using it.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
